Motion Designer

As a Motion Designer your role will be to help conceptualize and create high-level interactive animations and video, taking them from concept to completion, while working with our content and engineering teams to integrate them into interactive experiences. You will also be working with design leads, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the entire design process, while gaining a thorough knowledge of client brand standards and visual centers.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create high-level motion-graphics prototypes and videos.
  • Collaborate with Content team in editing and integrating motion content.
  • Research, and design concepts that continue to push the creative team in its pursuit of new ideas.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively as a member of a project team, partnering heavily with engineering, design, and producer teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Approach work using best practices to deliver quality products
  • Provide recommendations and insight, while remaining positive, open and flexible.
  • Take accountability with tight deadlines and deliver quick turnarounds and revisions while maintaining high quality work with creative integrity.
  • Remain current on design and usability best practices.

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of relevant, motion design experience.
  • Passionate about remaining ahead of the design curve.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate with our teams on a variety of projects.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and seize the opportunity to make a difference.
  • Exceptional digital production skills, along with a demonstrated proficiency in Adobe applications, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • After Effects or similar motion graphics applications experience.
  • Unity and Cinema 4D experience a plus.
  • Ability to ensure aesthetic quality and details are consistent across all creative.
  • Strong attention to detail. Be pixel perfect.
  • Self-starter with proven interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cross-browser and platform compatibility.

Lead Web Developer / Engineer

The Program is looking for a Lead Web Developer/Engineer to join our Portland, Oregon agency. The right person will have advanced experience across a wide variety of applications and hardware.
