Digital Producer

Our most important assets are people and the relationships we build. As a Digital Producer, we trust you to manage these relationships, delivering quality work under tough constraints with a positive outlook. Producers are responsible for complex, digital and highly technical products and projects. You will help produce technical requirements and documentation, oversee timelines, budgets and resources while motivating teams, and managing relationships with confidence.

Please note: This is not a film-making or content production role.

Responsibilities

  • Direct client and project deliverables, strategic requirements and explain complex ideas clearly, and confidently.
  • Manage expectations against reality.
  • Oversee multiple, concurrent projects and project teams, including designers, engineers, quality assurance and third-party vendors.
  • Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively in difficult situations.
  • Work closely with strategy and technology teams in the development of new business, including scoping and estimating new projects.
  • An innate ability to motivate teams in a smooth, organized manner, promoting urgency without panic, confident direction over indecision.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Approach your work with an open, flexible outlook and a focus on innovation.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with diverse media-specific deliverable needs.
  • Stay current with assigned clients’ brands, products and services.
  • Thoroughly understand agency departmental and resource expertise and produce SOWs, estimates, proposals and pitches for assigned brands.
  • Manage collaborative account, creative, technical and production teams and outside vendors to help ensure all work achieves an outcome that exceeds client expectations.
  • Perform project administration such as component production status, schedules, resource requests, budget management and reporting, ensure quality control with the proofing and QA departments, determine and monitor resource requirements and issues.

This is an in-house position working from our studio in SE Portland. Salary is competitive based on experience. The Program provides a competitive benefit package that includes paid holidays, vacation/personal time, 401k matching and health, dental, and vision insurance. Copywriter

As a Copywriter you have a deep understanding of the ways copy helps our brand partners achieve their goals, influencing consumers by delivering a clear message, and using those initiatives to seek out new trends and incorporate them into campaigns effectively. Understanding our partners’ business, thinking conceptually and presenting copy with simplicity is paramount. You will be working with strategists, designer, producers and content creators, ensuring every written word is purposeful.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative copy that is forward-thinking and in-line with current brand trends.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise copy strategies to achieve them.
  • Offer creative ideas and encourage others to share theirs.
  • Engage brand partners with fresh, engaging ideas.
  • Ensure copy is accurate across all deliverables.
  • Communicate with team members in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Approach work using best practices to deliver quality products.
  • Provide recommendations and insight, while remaining positive, open and flexible.
  • Take accountability with tight deadlines and deliver quick turnarounds and revisions while maintaining high quality work with creative integrity.
  • Remain current on brand trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 4+ Years of relevant, copywriting experience.
  • Highly creative, imaginative, and passionate about our brand partner’s products and services.
  • Skilled in writing clear, concise and engaging copy.
  • Ability to adhere to and work within brand voice guidelines.
  • Ability to ensure quality and details are consistent across all deliverables.
  • Self-starter with proven interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to receive and give constructive feedback throughout all creative phases.
  • Demonstrate leadership, teamwork and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and seize the opportunity to make a difference.
  • Ping Pong experience preferred (paddles provided).
